Kipi is a recent graduate in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Papua New Guinea. 

He has previously served as the Secretary of the Ensisi Valley Youths Development Association Inc. (EVYDA) and Team Captain of the Games Village Papuan Blacks, UPNG Rugby Football League. Kipi has also held the position of Secretary with the Kompiam Ambum Students Association (KASA). 

He is an active community member who has volunteered at the 15th Pacific Games, the 2018 APEC Meeting and the 2021 National General Elections in Port Moresby Northwest.
