Vision.
As a youth-led organisation, the Pacific-Australia Youth Association Inc. seeks to foster effective engagement and collaboration amongst young leaders who share a common interest in the Pacific-Australia region. We strive to contribute towards a more prosperous Pacific by building an engaged community united by our core values of connection, understanding and community.
Mission.
The Pacific-Australia Youth Association Inc. exists to foster a deeper knowledge of the Pacific and Australia region by building meaningful relationships, connections and community. It seeks to strengthen mutual understanding between young people and provide opportunities. This will be achieved through engagement in various initiatives such as storytelling, partnerships and events.

Bonded by a shared interest in the Pacific-Aus region, we seek to bring like-minded young people together to build family and friendships. We will establish meaningful cross-cultural connections that endure time and go deeper than the surface.
Understanding.
The Pacific is a region rich in diversity. As a connected family, we support strengthening knowledge and cultural awareness among youth in the region. Whether it be sharing our perspectives, ideas, aspirations or beliefs - we seek to enable mutual understanding better.
Community.
As we gather together as a family, naturally, we will be able to provide meaningful ways for youth development and leadership throughout the Pacific-Australia region.
