Judah is 26 years old from East Sepik Province. He is currently in his final year at the University of Papua New Guinea studying Bachelor Business Management majoring in Public Policy Management (BBM/PPM). Judah has volunteered on several boards, associations and organisations in Papua New Guinea. 

He is a Board Member of the Tokarara Church in Port Moresby. Judah was previously the Treasurer of the 9th National Youth Wave Organising Committee - Assemblies of God PNG Inc. He is the President and Co Founder of the CHI ALPHA Papua New Guinea. Judah has previously served as the President of the Public Policy Management Student Association at UPNG.
