Manuarii is the managing partner of 17SUD ManCo and the secretary of French Tech Polynesia. As a young local entrepreneur, he has founded several companies, including Polycore Composites Solutions, Moana Explorer, and the Traditional Sailing Dugout School. 

Manuarii holds a University Diploma in Technology, Science and Materials Engineering from the University of Nantes and a professional degree, Industrialisation and Implementation of Composite Materials from the University of Nantes.

In June 2022, he was a panellist at the Pacific-Australia Youth Association’s webinar on ‘Youth Perspectives from Tahiti’.
