Aïlé is a member of Kenu Waan Project Asso, which raises awareness of the know-how related to the construction and navigation of large double canoes on the high seas. He was born in Noumea and grew up in a Kanak and urban environment.

In November 2021, Aïlé was a panellist at the Pacific-Australia Youth Association’s youth webinar on ‘The Future of New Caledonia’.
