Election of New Board Directors 2025-2027

Following our Annual General Meeting in September 2025, we are pleased to announce the appointment of five Non-Executive Directors, elected for a two-year term:

🇵🇬 Jessie Penning, Treasurer
🇳🇷 Enoli Tsitsi, Board Director
🇼🇫 Fiolino Sinemoni Mavaetau, Board Director

Our Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer is Phillie Julai Marai. Our Board’s Company Secretary is Walai Tongia.

Together, the Board looks forward to working closely with the Executive to advance PAYA’s mission and deliver meaningful impact across the Pacific and Australia. We thank our previous Board of Directors 2023-2025 for their service to PAYA.
