Ryan is from Koumac, located in the Northern Province, and recently graduated from his law studies at the University of New Caledonia. He plans to further study in France to complete a Master's degree in Real Estate Law and aims work in a real estate agency. In the future, Ryan would like to open his agency in New Caledonia.

In November 2021, Ryan was a panellist at the Pacific-Australia Youth Association’s youth webinar on ‘The Future of New Caledonia’. In November 2022, Ryan was a delegate at the Pacific-AUstralia Youth Association’s Inaugural Youth Leadership Summit in New Caledonia.
