Miliani was born and raised in the city of Faa’a on the island of Tahiti. After graduating with Honors in 2021, she entered the Tahiti Business School for a 3-year course.

Currently the President of the Students Association of the Chamber of Commerce of Tahiti, she dedicates much of her time to improving student life on the school’s two campuses, as well as creating a professional network between companies and students. She also works for several other associations: sports, youth and cultural. Moreover, she is passionate about hula (Hawaiian dance) and loves spending time with the people she loves. Her dream is to become a businesswoman and start her own business that would promote her culture and respect the environment.

Miliani was a delegate for French Polynesia at the Pacific-Australia Youth Association Inc.’s Inaugural Youth Leadership Summit in New Caledonia in November 2022.
